The amazing Puppetone Kids Army is the only army of its kind in the world. If you are filling out this form you should be very proud! The Puppetone Rockers are proud of you. There is a very special responsibility that goes along with being a soldier in the Puppetone Army. You must always follow the Puppetone Pledge and Read carefully and fully understand our “CODE OF ETHICS” before signing. If you have taken the Puppetone Pledge anytime in the past and haven’t filled out this form, you are already in the Puppetone Kids Army as a “Private”. This is your official enlistment document. Fill it out now. The Puppetone Kids Army has the following ranks: Private, Seargent, Lieutenant, Captain and General. Higher ranks require higher criteria and are rewarded with higher privileges. 

Levels Of Rank...

Private - You must take the Puppetone Pledge and follow it. If you have taken  the Pledge anytime in the past, you are automatically in the Army as a  "Private". You are eligible for our monthly newsletter.

Sergeant -

• Take the Puppetone Pledge
• Be on the Honor roll at least 1 time during the school  year.

Lieutenant -

• Take the Puppetone Pledge.
• Be on the Honor Roll.

Captain -

General - A General  is the highest Officer in the Puppetone Army. A General must fulfill all the  qualifications as all other ranks. A General receives all the Privileges the  Puppetone Army offers like:

• Sometimes ride on the Roaming Grand Piano in parades or  during the show.
• Their autograph on key places on the show truck - Front  fenders, cab doors, hood, bumpers, etc.
• Their picture on the official Puppetone  Rockers website.

Also with this high position comes possible responsible duties  like:

• Chapter Officer - to fulfill duties within your state  chapter.
• To sign awards documents for recipients at the awards  ceremony.
• Check statistics on awards recipients and prepare them for  "officer" rank.
• Be a ‘Puppetone Rockers’ Representative and Spokesperson for media, newspaper, etc.
